The driver must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A drivers license and identity card (local) or work permit (foreigners).
Our insurance only cover persons above 22 & below 70 years old age with more than 2 years driving experience.

Our rental rates include commercial insurance, road tax, periodic maintenance, wear and tear parts replacement and unlimited mileage. It covers rental of vehicle on a 24 hour basis.

There is an hour grace period for daily rentals upon returning. if the vehicle is returned after 1 hour of the time it was rented on a subsequent day, additional hourly charges of $10/hr will apply. if you return 4 hours or more from the time it was rented on a subsequent day, you will be charged for an additional day of rental.

Usually vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel. Hirer is to return the vehicle at the same fuel level it was at originally, otherwise there will be a charge an admin charge of $40.00 plus the remaining balance to full tank.

There is no refund for any additional fuel returned.

Here at Ferme Vehicles Rental, what you see listed on our site is what you pay for the vehicle! We require a security deposit which ranges from $100-$500 depending on the circumstances.

Our daily rentals are charged based on two types of pricing:

Weekday (Mon - Thurs): ranging SGD $60 - $100

Weekend (Fri - Sun): ranging SGD $70 - $110

Our monthly rental charges are based on a minimum 3 months rental (total period of 90 days) for Private Hire use. Basically rental is charged for each day you rent.

Yes, our cars are allowed to be driven into Malaysia. No cost will imposed if you want to take a trip to Malaysia! Insurance is covered under West of Malaysia.

The hirer must report all accidents to Ferme Vehicles Rental LLP immediately.

The hirer shall also:

  1. take photos of the accident scene (lane markings to be visible) BEFORE moving the vehicle
  2. record vehicle registration numbers, IC photos and contact numbers of the parties involved and of any witnesses around;
  3. not admit fault or liability;
  4. not abandon the vehicle without adequate provision for safeguarding and securing the vehicle;
  5. notify Ferme Vehicles Rental immediately; and
  6. make a IDAC/police report if any party suffers injury.

The hirer must report all breakdowns to Ferme Vehicles Rental immediately. The number to call is 9877 4495. This 24 hour Emergency Breakdown Service is provided free of charge to the hirer. A replacement vehicle will be provided (subject to availability).

However, the following does not constitute as a breakdown: vehicle breakdown due to drivers negligence, flat battery, tire puncture, empty petrol tank, loss of keys, keys locked in car or any other breakdown not due to vehicle maintenance or wear and tear, a nominal fee of SGD$100.00 nett.

We’re sorry to inform that there is no refunds for any paid bookings fees if the hirer decides to cancel his booking.
